Meet our VP of Customer Support, Adam Jarvis
Adam is investing in team growth and, strengthening Support’s response time. The team size is expanding and with the introduction of our soon-to-come upgraded ticketing system, communication and the overall experience will begin to be noticeably better. To us, this means Citavi support will be more responsive and be able to offer more time helping clients get more out of Citavi itself.
